What We Do

Nisga’a CIOPS is honored to provide services to those who are committed to our national defense, security, and mission. We consider it our duty to provide services that ensure mission assurance and execution to our customers. We provide a level of capabilities and services that instills confidence in those we support.
We deliver highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Departments of Energy and State, the Food and Drug Administration, and the U.S Air Force, U.S. Army, and U.S. Navy.

We provide Acquisition Support for all stages of the procurement cycle from acquisition planning through contract closeout.
We provide a wide range of cyber capabilities including defensive cyber operations for weapon systems, forensic malware analysis, real-time detection, incident response, defensive counter cyber operations, cyber threat and emulation analysis, training, and curriculum development.
Data Center Management and Migration
We maintain data warehouses, provide data warehouse design, database architecture, migration, and metadata repository creation.
Help Desk Support
We provide Tier I, II, and III helpdesk support positions to over 235 locations on one contract. Our call center personnel help users requiring support ranging from telecommunications, internet, server, network, software, and desktop trouble tickets.
We provide Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization to modernize Outside Plants and Facilities Infrastructure for Information Technology (IT) capacity to improve and protect Land War Net (LWN) by enhancing the infrastructure for better efficiency, effectiveness of the network and interoperability.
From gathering to finished intelligence products. We provide intelligence disciplines (OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, etc.) to collect baseline information that drives intelligence collection.
We provide IT Operations and Maintenance on a wide array of systems and configurations. Our support ranges from system support, virtualization, automated systems management and O&M functions, security, emerging technologies, and implementation and execution of policies and standards.
We provide logistics support that aims to manage the global movement and storage of materials and process the associated transactions, which include shipping, receiving, storage and custom packing such as “kitting”, put-away and picking. Our warehouse management system (WMS) is a database driven computer application, that improves the efficiency of the logistic operations.
Professional Services Support
We provide professional services personnel supporting over 200 Task Orders, most of them simultaneously. We provide professional services personnel who not only support agencies but also provide augmented administrative staff when the need arises. We provide tiered levels of administrative staff with varying levels of skills, expertise, and qualifications.
We provide multiple training services and curriculum development inclusive of combat rescue, special operations advanced medicine, small unit tactics, Close Quarters Battle and Advanced Marksmanship, fixed and rotary wing-operations, and cyber and cyber ranges. We provide both in class and virtual platforms of training.
Vetting and Background Investigation
We provide specialized vetting and language support services designed to vet Host Country Nationals (HCNs) and Third Country Nationals (TCNs). We provide specialists who collect, compile, research and analyze data via multiple avenues, including direct interaction and automated systems.
